Please note: There is girl's basketball practice Monday 11/23 and Thursday 11/24 from 3:00-4:30 PM. There is boy's basketball practice 11/24 from 4:30-6:00 PM.
Students in second and third grade have been working on Native American studies. To further their understanding and extend their knowledge, they will be heading to the Hudson Museum in Orono. The Hudson Museum offers tours to elementary and secondary school groups. Our students will be participate in a tour that focuses on the Native Peoples of Maine, the Southwest, the Northwest Coast and the Arctic. They will also explore the environments in which they line, their way of life through the objects that they make, and traditional artforms and activities. They are scheduled to leave on Monday, November 30, 2015 at 8:30 AM. We will be at the museum for lunch and should be returning to school by 1:00pm.

We are gearing up for our basketball season. Students in 5-8th grades may participate in winter sports. Interested students and their parents should plan on attending a meeting on Thursday, November 12th, at 4:30pm. We’ll discuss required forms, expectations, sportsmanship, schedules and more. After our meeting, students are invited to stick around for some “Open Gym” time to get even more pumped for the upcoming season! Practices begin the following Monday, November 16th.

delicious Thanksgiving meal. In the event that a student’s grandparent can not
attend this year’s luncheon, s/he may bring a special guest.
